Sonia joined Texas Legal in August 2019 as the Provider Relations Manager. She serves as the point of contact for our panel of attorneys throughout their partnership with Texas Legal. Sonia’s effective communication bridges the gap between our panel of attorneys and Texas Legal’s policies and values.
Sonia’s career background as a Case Manager for various attorneys and over a decade of legal service experience has made her a key asset within our organization.
Sonia was born in Abilene, Texas and raised in Snyder, Texas. She earned an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Western Texas College and then furthered her education by attending Texas Tech University. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology.
Soon after graduating, she applied her skills to the legal field. She served as a Case Manager assisting solo practice attorneys and large firms with record retrieval, summons preparation, and document preparation. Sonia’s understanding of the attorney, staff, and court dynamics aids in swiftly addressing providers’ concerns and suggestions. Sonia is currently a licensed notary public for the State of Texas.
In her free time, Sonia enjoys traveling, cooking, and spoiling her pug named Gucci.
