These plans provide comprehensive coverage for many of life’s most common personal legal needs — at a fraction of the cost of hiring an attorney on your own.
Current Plans: Preferred and Select
Today, Texas Legal offers two employer-sponsored plans: Preferred and Select
New Plans Coming in 2026: Gold and Silver
Beginning in 2026, Texas Legal will introduce two new employer-offered plans:

Gold Plan (replacing the Preferred Plan)

Silver Plan (replacing the Select Plan)
These new plans are part of our modernization efforts to simplify coverage, improve clarity, and better align with the needs of our members and partner firms.
How Your Plan Is Determined
Your plan is based entirely on your employer or group’s renewal date. Before your Group renews in 2026, you will enroll in the current Preferred or Select Plan, depending on what your group offers today. After Your Group Renews in 2026, Your group will transition to the new plans:
