Henry joined Texas Legal as a Member Service Specialist in February 2019 and served as a key contributor to the Member Services team for three years.
In 2022, Henry was promoted to Account Manager at Texas Legal. In this role, he is responsible for partnering with agents and brokers to bring Texas Legal’s plans to more employees in Texas.
Henry is a U.S. Army Veteran honorably discharged in 2007 and has over 10 years of customer service experience. He worked as an administrative assistant for the Department of State Health Services and as an Account Manager in the Supply Chain Services department at Venkel LTD, managing overseas customer accounts for 2 years. He also worked at Dura Medic for 2 years as a Data Analyst, collecting and distributing all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports for sales, inventory, and collections.
In his free time, Henry enjoys watching sports, working out, coaching, and spending time with his family.
