Alexia joined Texas Legal in May 2021 as a Member Services Specialist. She was promoted to Account Manager in April 2023. As an Account Manager, Alexia attends benefit fairs, delivers presentations and webinars, works with Human Resources personnel to explain Texas Legal benefits, and serves to understand the customer’s needs.
Alexia was raised in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Texas State in 2018 and has extensive experience in Customer Service. Her future goal is to receive a master’s degree in social work and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She hopes to work in Hospice for the elderly eventually.
Outside of work, Alexia enjoys visiting local food trucks, spending time with friends and family, and being outdoors with her two “dog-thers”, Rosie and Roxy.
