How it Works
- Become a member and enroll in a plan.
- Choose a payment option and pay an affordable fee.
- When you need legal assistance*, call our members-only Legal Access Line, or find a local attorney of your choice by using our online Attorney Finder.
- Your attorney will work with you from the beginning to the end of your case, including fighting for you in court if necessary.
- Texas Legal handles claims directly with your attorney and your benefits are paid.*
