Did you know that driving while talking on your cell phone is as dangerous as driving drunk? Most of us know that driving under the influence is a serious matter, but driving while talking or texting is commonplace, while just as problematic.
April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month. Take a look at this great infographic about the myth of “hands -free” cell phone use and how dangerous it really is. And remember, Austin and San Antonio have bans on driving while using a cell phone, and the tickets aren’t cheap – $200 to $500 for a first-time offense.
