“Texas Legal Protection Plan, Inc. (“TLPP”) is required to deliver certain documents to its members, including, but not limited to, notices, certificates of coverage and/or policies. By my electronic signature below, I consent to the delivery of these required documents by electronic means. I understand that I can withdraw consent for electronic delivery by providing written notice to TLPP. Additionally, at any time I can request a hard copy of a specific document, at which time TLPP will provide a copy. In order to receive documents electronically, I understand that I will need an email address, computer, web browser, and Adobe software capable of opening PDFs. If my email address changes, I will notify TLPP in writing of my updated email address.”
