Texas Legal is a nonprofit organization, founded by the State Bar and the Texas State Legislature, committed to serving the personal legal needs of Texans. We are looking for qualified attorneys to join our network.

We serve over 26,000 members across Texas. When members have a legal issue, we connect them to a Participating Attorney in their area through our online Attorney Finder directory. You provide covered legal services to members and get paid by Texas Legal. Incidental fees excluded.

Texas Legal Participating Attorney qualifications:

  • Texas licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • Maintain Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) of $100,000 per claim and $300,000 per year.
  • Agree to provide services to members at the Texas Legal Fee Schedule rate.

  • Members in your area contact you directly
  • You decide what cases you’d like to accept
  • Submit your claim for the covered legal matter and obtain compensation within (7-10) business days.
