Stephanie joined Texas Legal in June 2018 as a Member Services Specialist. In this role, she was responsible for assisting members and attorneys with their questions about Texas Legal, explaining how the legal plan works, and detailing the legal plan coverages. In 2021, Stephanie was promoted to Member Services Team Lead. In her new role, she supervises, trains, and supports the member services team. Stephanie strives to provide excellent customer service to both members and attorneys. She has over 10 years of customer service experience.
Stephanie was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking around Lady Bird Lake, and traveling. Since Stephanie joined Texas Legal, she has found fulfillment in working with members and her team.
