As Provider Relations Manager at Texas Legal, I serve as the primary liaison for panel attorneys, helping ensure their voices, needs, and experiences are heard while aligning with Texas Legal’s mission of expanding access to legal services.
With more than a decade of experience in the legal field—including background as a Case Manager supporting both solo practitioners and large firms I understand the daily demands attorneys and their teams face. My approach is rooted in clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving, allowing me to effectively bridge the gap between providers and organizational policies while helping attorneys and their staff navigate processes smoothly.
I hold an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Western Texas College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Texas Tech University. My professional background includes record retrieval, summons preparation, and document management, giving me a practical understanding of the operational side of legal practice. I am also a licensed Notary Public in the State of Texas. At the heart of my work is a simple goal: supporting attorneys so they can better serve their clients and communities.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my three pugs, Gucci, Apollo, and Loki.
