Before becoming the President of Texas Legal in July 2022, Hilary served as the Vice President from 2015 to the present. In this role, she oversaw operating activities and the organization’s financial functions. Hilary initially joined Texas Legal in July 2010 as the Director of Finance and was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2012.
Hilary has accumulated over 20 years of experience in accounting. She began her career with Ernst & Young, LLP, as an auditor of public and private companies across various industries, such as technology, healthcare, and consumer products. Additionally, she worked for six years as the Controller for Pulte Homes in the Austin and Sun City, Texas, markets. Hilary holds a Master of Accounting degree from North Carolina State University and is a licensed CPA in Texas.
Born and raised in south Texas, Hilary enjoys reading, running, and watching her twin boys play tennis.
