Diana joined Texas Legal in August 2009 as the receptionist. She transitioned to the Member Services Team in April 2010 and became a provider relations specialist in August 2013. In July 2016, she was promoted to Account Manager. In her current role, Diana maintains the company’s existing relationships with current group accounts to ensure all their needs are met. Her responsibilities include attending benefit fairs, delivering presentations and webinars, and working with Human Resources personnel to explain Texas Legal benefits and understand the customer’s needs.
Before joining Texas Legal, Diana worked at a prominent law firm in Austin. She has over 15 years of experience in the legal field and previously worked in the high-tech industry for over 15 years before transitioning to the legal field.
