Penny Robe currently serves as Principal Attorney at Robe Law Firm, providing legal services in estate planning; probate (after someone dies); guardianships; business law and corporate transactions for companies too small to have their own in-house law department. Penny has been a panel attorney for Texas Legal since 2010.
Prior to opening Robe Law Firm, Penny Robe spent a decade as in-house corporate counsel. Before her time as in-house counsel, Penny Robe served our country as an attorney and officer on active duty in the United States Air Force. She started her legal career as a prosecutor, serving as assistant district attorney and acting county attorney.
