Keli Kirkley currently serves as the Accounting Supervisor and the head of the one-man HR department for West Travis County Public Utility Agency. She has over a decade of experience in Government Accounting and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas State University.
Keli previously worked at Texas Legal as an accountant. Her knowledge of Texas Legal as an employee and her role as an HR professional for West Travis County Public Utility Agency makes Keli’s input a great asset on the Board of Directors.
